Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable software solutions using modern web technologies, including React, Node.js, and cloud services.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor application performance and optimize code for speed, scalability, and security.
- Testing & Debugging: Develop unit and integration tests to ensure robustness and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, share technical knowledge, and contribute to the engineering team's growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind or Bootstrap).
- Backend: Solid experience with Node.js or Python, RESTful APIs, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
