- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new workstations and peripherals for employees.
- Diagnose network connectivity issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues, solutions, and asset inventory.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to implement system improvements and security patches.
- Conduct basic training sessions for new hires on company software and procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic understanding of computer operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications upon hire.
- Flexibility to work on-site in Tampa, FL.
