Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Assist with the deployment and configuration of new workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with the network team to ensure system uptime and security protocols are met.
- Conduct regular IT audits and inventory checks to ensure equipment compliance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting, printers, and remote access tools (VPN, RDP).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
