Responsibilities
- Provide tier-2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control within Active Directory.
- Configure and maintain workstations, printers, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of Microsoft Office 365 and cloud-based solutions.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement security protocols and best practices.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- CompTIA A+ Certification preferred.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in IT support or a Help Desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
