Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure and network systems
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for 500+ employees across multiple locations
- Manage cloud services (AWS/Azure) and on-premise server environments
- Develop automation scripts to improve system efficiency and uptime
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives and vulnerability management programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects
- Document IT policies, procedures, and technical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Certifications in CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or Azure Administrator preferred
- Strong experience with network security protocols and compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train non-technical staff
