What You Will Do:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients in a remote or office setting.
- Communicate effectively with non-technical users to explain complex solutions simply.
- Document all support interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores during high-volume periods.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to improve support processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic network connectivity problems and software errors.
- Walk customers through the steps required to successfully resolve issues, including account setup and password resets.
- Escalate complex issues to the senior technical team when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with new technology and learn internal tools and processes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tickets simultaneously.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable internet connection and computer access for remote work.
