Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Resolve: Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients remotely and on-site with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Customer Communication: Provide clear, professional, and empathetic support via phone, email, and chat to resolve technical inquiries.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine system checks and updates to ensure client devices and networks are secure and running optimally.
- Ticket Management: Log and track all support tickets in our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and client interactions to improve our support processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or technical certification is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems; familiarity with remote desktop tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
- Flexibility: Ability to work part-time hours (20-30 hours per week) with some evening availability.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
