Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician to join our dynamic team in Denver, Colorado. Responsibilities
- Monitor network traffic, server health, and system performance metrics in real-time 24/7.
- Respond to and resolve critical incidents, alerts, and tickets during the night shift.
- Perform routine maintenance, patching, and updates on core network infrastructure.
- Document all system anomalies, resolutions, and change logs in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with day-shift engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with internal protocols.
- Manage VPN access and troubleshoot remote connectivity issues for enterprise clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a NOC, Network Operations, or Technical Support role.
- Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, and OSPF protocols.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, or Datadog.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent) are highly preferred.
