Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment during the weekend shift.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) safely and efficiently to meet daily quotas.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records within the WMS system.
- Ensure the safety and organization of the work area, adhering to all OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the weekend team lead to troubleshoot operational challenges and improve workflow efficiency.
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately to management.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or WMS software.
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable to specific role) is a plus.
