Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect incoming inventory and verify shipments against packing lists.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to prevent shortages.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (willing to train the right candidate).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver's license (optional for some roles).
