Responsibilities
- Handle Inquiries: Manage incoming customer calls and emails professionally, resolving issues efficiently and empathetically.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within our CRM systems.
- Product Support: Assist customers in understanding our services and guide them through the next steps.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and peers to achieve daily and monthly team targets.
- Training: actively participate in daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
- Feedback Loop: Communicate common customer concerns back to the product team to help improve services.
Qualifications
