- Resolve complex issues using CRM tools and escalation protocols
- Process transactions and update client records with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell opportunities
- Maintain performance metrics: 95% CSAT score and <30s response time
- Document all interactions in Salesforce with detailed notes
- Participate in weekly training on product updates and soft skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience or willingness to train
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving with empathy and patience
- Available for flexible shifts including weekends
- U.S. work authorization and reliable transportation
