Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, aiming for 100% first-call resolution where possible.
- Accurately input and maintain customer data within our CRM and database systems.
- Assist in the sales process by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in typing (40+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote/hybrid options.
