Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.

- Update and maintain accurate customer account information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of services.

Qualifications
