Responsibilities
- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat requests with patience and professionalism to resolve issues efficiently.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and utilize our product database to provide accurate information to customers regarding services and billing.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot problems and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other support agents and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Performance Goals: Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance targets regarding call handling and customer feedback scores.
- Professionalism: Represent the company brand with a positive and helpful attitude in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required; some college is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience is required. We provide comprehensive paid training for all new hires.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen actively.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and comfort navigating web browsers and internal software systems.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and find solutions to customer problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including some evenings and weekends if needed.
