Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers in navigating products and services to find the best solutions for their needs.
- Process orders, returns, and account information accurately and efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our internal database.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and increase customer retention.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complex customer issues and improve service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate (equivalent experience accepted).
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Must be available to work full-time hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
- Reliable transportation is required.
