Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems and digital tools.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner to ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all visitors and clients.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.

- Answer phone calls and emails to provide product information and support.
Qualifications
