Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and within compliance guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock organization.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Ensure all packaging materials are handled and disposed of properly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
