Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse operations during night shifts, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity
- Manage team of 10-15 staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for operational continuity
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical problems to management
- Conduct regular inventory audits and discrepancy investigations
- Prepare daily shift reports and operational metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse or logistics supervision
- Proven night shift management experience in high-volume environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
