Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks and trailers using hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Perform daily inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy in the warehouse system.
- Packaging: Properly package and label items for shipment to ensure they arrive safely at their destination.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations while performing all job duties.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with team members and resolve any logistical issues that arise during the shift.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
