Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers in accordance with safety regulations.
- Inspect merchandise for damage and document any discrepancies.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated storage areas.
- Perform regular safety checks and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
- Valid forklift certification (must provide within 30 days of hire).
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
