Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trailers and trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Organize and stack merchandise in the warehouse to ensure efficient storage.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Perform inventory checks and verify shipment contents against packing lists.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Operate scanning equipment and computer systems for accurate record-keeping.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is required.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
