Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 & 2 Technical Support: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for internal employees.
- Manage User Accounts: Handle password resets, account provisioning, and access requests via Active Directory.
- Hardware Maintenance: Install, configure, and repair laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Monitor System Health: Conduct routine system checks to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience required.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IT Support or Help Desk roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with non-technical users.
