- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and technical troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Enter and update customer information accurately into the CRM database.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Document all interactions and maintain strict adherence to company protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- No prior experience is necessary; we train you from scratch.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate thoughts clearly.
- Reliable computer system with high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
