Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and a polite, professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
