Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Perform rigorous code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure best practices and code quality.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep experience with React.js, Node.js, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
