Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via phone and email.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, and peripherals for employees.
- Manage and monitor network connectivity and security protocols to ensure business continuity.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software across the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of all IT incidents, tickets, and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to improve system performance and user experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
