Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document all IT processes and maintain accurate service tickets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Conduct system backups and ensure data security protocols
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity problems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical support/helpdesk roles
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and cloud platforms
- Strong diagnostic skills with ability to resolve issues independently
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira preferred)
- Ability to lift 30lbs and perform occasional physical installations
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
