Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing, developing, and deploying scalable software solutions
- Architect cloud-based systems using AWS and Azure technologies
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Conduct technical troubleshooting and optimize system performance
- Drive agile methodologies and sprint planning processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development with leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two modern programming languages (Python, Java, C#)
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure) and containerization
- Proven track record of mentoring technical teams and project delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities
