Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal employees via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network systems.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
