Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage and maintain company servers, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity protocols
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues with minimal downtime
- Implement and monitor IT security measures to protect sensitive data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT workflows

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support/system administration
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent technical degree
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms

- Experience with cybersecurity protocols and threat mitigation
