Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain enterprise hardware/software systems across 150+ users
- Diagnose and resolve complex network infrastructure issues within SLA targets
- Lead cybersecurity protocols including threat monitoring and incident response
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid system integrations
- Document IT policies and conduct quarterly security training sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals
- Optimize system performance through proactive monitoring and maintenance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT support
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certifications required
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting (Cisco/Juniper) and virtualization (VMware)
- Strong knowledge of GDPR/CCPA compliance frameworks
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with documented incident resolution history
- Experience with ITIL v4 processes and service desk management
