Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via phone and remote desktop.
- Maintain and update the support ticket queue to ensure 100% ticket closure rates.
- Perform routine system backups and security patches on weekends.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to document complex issues and resolutions.
- Assist in the onboarding of new weekend staff and conduct weekly shift briefings.
- Ensure all safety protocols and IT compliance standards are met during shift hours.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional IT support experience.
- Mandatory availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during shifts.
