Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues during the night shift.
- Monitor system performance and resolve critical incidents to ensure business continuity.
- Log and track all technical support tickets in the ticketing system with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to hand over unresolved issues and update documentation.
- Perform routine system maintenance and security patching during low-traffic hours.
- Assist with remote troubleshooting for clients across the United States.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or a related technical field.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and troubleshooting protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or IT certification (CompTIA A+) preferred.
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to our Phoenix location.
