Responsibilities
- Design & Deploy: Architect and implement highly scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure.
- Migration Leadership: Spearhead the migration of on-premise systems to the cloud, ensuring zero downtime and data integrity.
- Automation: Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible to streamline deployments.
- Security: Enforce robust security protocols and compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA) across all cloud environments.
- Performance: Monitor system performance and optimize resources to ensure high availability and low latency.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of junior engineers and provide technical mentorship to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Cloud Architecture with deep expertise in AWS or Microsoft Azure.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java for backend development.
- Tools: Solid working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Proven track record of working in Agile/Scrum environments.
