Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support via phone, email, and chat to resolve client inquiries efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues for a diverse client base.
- Document all technical interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex technical issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores through clear communication.
- Conduct training sessions for junior team members on technical processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, or Customer Service.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic operating systems (Windows/Mac).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
