Responsibilities
- Lead architecture design and implementation of scalable cloud solutions
- Mentor 5+ engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Drive DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Ensure system reliability through proactive monitoring and incident response
- Represent engineering in stakeholder communications
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
Qualifications
- 8+ years in software development with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization
- Strong background in microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Proven track record of mentoring technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- CI/CD implementation experience (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Active security clearance preferred
