Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and maintain compliance standards
- Diagnose and resolve complex network and system outages
- Automate deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and Datadog
- Document IT infrastructure and create operational runbooks
- Provide Tier-3 support for critical enterprise systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- CCNA/CCNP or equivalent network certification required
- Hands-on experience with cloud migration projects
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines in urgent situations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
