Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across desktop/laptop systems
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure components
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate asset records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Implement security protocols and ensure system compliance
- Train end-users on technology best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Windows OS and Active Directory
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
