Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing and technical issues with 95% first-contact resolution
- Update CRM systems and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with tech teams to escalate complex problems
- Meet/exceed monthly performance KPIs
- Train on proprietary software within first 48 hours
- Support weekend on-call rotation (1x/month)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency with Zendesk/Salesforce CRM systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings
- US work authorization and reliable transportation
- Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies
