Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues during weekend shifts.
- Manage and prioritize incoming help desk tickets to ensure rapid resolution of critical incidents.
- Collaborate with the on-call team to escalate complex issues and provide follow-up solutions.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct remote desktop support sessions to assist users with software installation and configuration.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries with professionalism and patience.
- Perform routine system checks and maintenance to prevent potential weekend downtime.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical role.
- Strong availability and willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and common office applications.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPNs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during shift hours.
- ITIL certification is a plus but not required.
