Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and collaborate with senior engineers
- Create and maintain user accounts, permissions, and security protocols
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and asset inventory
- Assist with software deployments, updates, and system patches
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects and process improvements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 25lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
