Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support and troubleshooting for our client base during peak weekend hours.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently and accurately.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor while managing high call volumes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and common office software.
