Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document technical solutions and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical escalations
- Conduct system updates and security patches according to company protocols
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
