Qualifications
- 8+ years in software development with 3+ years leadership

- Strong background in microservices architecture and containerization
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator or equivalent
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
