Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users efficiently.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and applications (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and network security settings.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and user interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the development team to escalate complex bugs and feature requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
