Responsibilities

- Technical Strategy & Governance: Establish architectural standards and governance frameworks that ensure long-term system stability and scalability.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring senior developers and fostering professional growth within the team.
- Future-Proofing Infrastructure: Oversee the integration of emerging technologies (AI, Cloud-Native, Edge Computing) to future-proof our core product offerings.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, driving alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze system performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions for high-traffic environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior technical leadership or architecture role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technical roadmaps (e.g., 3-5 year plans).
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse engineering teams through periods of rapid growth and technological transition.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into business value.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
