Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 sustainable technology roadmaps across all business units
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate circular economy principles into product lifecycles
- Conduct ROI analysis for green tech investments including carbon capture and renewable energy systems
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and scale next-gen sustainable materials and processes
- Establish KPIs for sustainability metrics and deliver executive-level progress reports
- Partner with supply chain teams to optimize logistics using AI-driven carbon reduction algorithms
- Stay ahead of emerging regulations like SEC climate disclosure mandates
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Systems, or equivalent technical field
- 7+ years experience in corporate sustainability with demonstrable tech integration impact
- Expertise in carbon accounting software (e.g., Watershed, Persefoni) and ESG reporting frameworks
- Proven track record leading cross-functional tech initiatives with measurable environmental outcomes
- Certification in Sustainable Supply Chain Management (CSCMP) or similar preferred
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for sustainability dashboards
- Experience with lifecycle assessment (LCA) methodologies and green chemistry principles
