- Lead carbon reduction initiatives targeting 50% operational emissions decrease by 2026
- Oversee circular economy projects including waste-to-resource conversion systems
- Drive stakeholder engagement across C-suite, investors, and community partners
- Manage $2M+ annual sustainability budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Monitor KPIs using proprietary sustainability analytics platform
- Represent company at global sustainability forums and policy discussions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field
- 8+ years experience in corporate sustainability strategy with 2026+ goal-setting
- Proven track record of implementing net-zero transition programs
- Expertise in ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Advanced data analytics skills with sustainability platforms (e.g., Watershed, Persefoni)
- Strong project management credentials with PMP or similar certification
- Experience securing green financing and ESG-linked instruments
