Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 sustainability strategy, targeting 50% carbon reduction across global operations
- Lead R&D for circular economy innovations, including waste-to-resource systems and biodegradable materials
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate ESG metrics into core business decisions
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for sustainability tech ventures
- Drive stakeholder engagement through transparent reporting and impact storytelling
- Lead cross-functional teams in launching 3+ sustainability products by 2026
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field
- 8+ years in sustainability leadership with verifiable net-zero achievements
- Proven expertise in circular economy modeling and carbon accounting protocols
- Experience securing green financing and ESG investment partnerships
- Technical proficiency in sustainability software (SAP EHS, Enablon)
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or equivalent
- Track record of scaling sustainability initiatives from concept to market
